WorkLLama Rebrand
WorkLLama is a comprehensive workforce management solution that has redefined the way businesses engage with talent. Founded with the vision of bridging the gap between employers and job seekers, WorkLLama offers a suite of innovative services designed to optimize recruitment, enhance employee engagement, and streamline staffing processes.
The Challenge
Their previous design sought to bring a pop of playfulness to an otherwise dull market. Unfortunately, the previous branding failed to meet the company’s standards.
This go-around, I was tasked with creating a sophisticated, modern design that still held the spirit of a young business with plenty of room to grow. The new design had to be less cluttered and airy.
Outdated Design: The biggest issue WorkLLama faced was an outdated brand and website experience, with an unclear layout and product offering.
Confusing User Interface: The layout of the website made things hard to find for users and navigation was unintuitive, and some links were broken.
Poor Brand Communication: Specific product offerings were not clearly communicated on the site, leaving the audience disconnected from the company’s value prop.
The Solution
I implemented a rebrand that was user-focused and better communicated the company’s offerings while meeting their clients on their level.
Enhanced User Experience: To implement a clear information architecture, we focused on creating an intuitive and straightforward navigation. We also organized the content for each of the pages in a way that flowed naturally for the users.
Brand Communication: Engaging visuals and more insightful content better communicated WorkLLama’s offerings and made them more approachable for their audience.

Brand Elements
Color Scheme
Leaning more into the magenta and downplaying the navy of the original brand brought out a more spirited feel for WorkLLama. Adding the light blue as a transition between the highly contrasting hues harmonized the palette, bringing together the vibrancy and professionalism they sought.
Overlays
To ground the design, variations of circles of different weights were added. They represent the automated services WorkLLama provides its clientele.
Photography
While the colors served to give the brand a vibrant motif, the photography brought professionalism and modernity.
Typography
To continue the airy design style, I changed the typography to Source Sans. It captures the simplicity of the new brand without being overpowering.
Iconography
To bring the brand together, the bulky icons were replaced with thin symbols that accentuated the new modern personality.
