Trailhead Supply
Trailhead Supply is a camping supply store that sells upcycled gear for every outdoor hobby. Their goal is to bring together the outdoor community through education and sustainable commerce. They provide resources for new and experienced outdoor hobbyists and resell lightly used gear to their community.
The Problem
With hyper-consumerism dominating the outdoor hobby community, its easy to buy gear that will never get used, either because navigating outdoor activities can be confusing with lots of different resources telling you different things or because it’s simply too daunting to find your place in an already tight-knit community. That leaves outdoor gear forgotten in attics or unopened closets.
The Solution
Providing helpful resources to educate the outdoor community empowers people to use their forgotten gear. It also allows them to resell used gear that meets their quality standards back to the community for use by other hobbyists.
